Hyatt Regency Austin is the Hilton Austin or better for couples?

I'm having my friend to Austin for his birthday. Which hotel is best Romance is still close to all action? At the Hyatt Regency or Hilton?

In particular Hyatt is more romantic. Hilton in road and right where the action is. If you want to get drunk and walking back set relatively quickly, "Hilton" is the ideal place.
